The HDB SG BIM [2] guide was produced by the Housing and Development Council (HDB) and the Building Authority (BCA) in Singapore, released in 2015 as version 2.0. The purpose of the document is to assist Consultants and Contractors in developing BIM models for new housing estates in Singapore. It specifies BEP requirements and guidelines for PIM and AIM for HDB projects. For those not interested in the legislation of this country, the guide may be helpful in such areas as: minimum requirements for BIM implementation and modeling, basic information about models, steps and procedures for creating architectural, structural and MEP models. Part II of the guide in particular is a graphical guide to the basic concepts of building information modeling. The document consists of part II:

Start modeling: design template, transfer information from basic templates, create base model and other models;
